“I got much more money than I ever expected”
- D.S. (Personal Injury) |
 |
I was involved in a automobile v. pedestrian accident, by the grace of God, I was not killed and did not have any broken bones, but I was bruised badly and missed tons of work. In a wheel chair and unable to walk because of the bruising, I was told by the insurance company that my injuries seemed "minor". That is when I realized I was in for a fight. I tried to find an attorney that would protect my rights and put my needs first. A friend referred me to "her attorney" Arthur S. Charchian. He did an outstanding job for me and I got much more money than I ever expected. Now, I consider him "my attorney" and I am the one referring my friends to him. |

“...hiring Mr. Charchian was the best thing I did.”
- L.M. (Consulting) |
 |
I always wanted to start a non-profit so that I can help create interest in the arts. I had asked people who worked with or for non-profits if they could help me get started or point me in the right direction. I got some information piece-meal, but some of it turned out to be incorrect. My dream was in trouble. Then, I went to a charity event and the host was Attorney Arthur S. Charchian. I realized I needed someone with experience to guide me through the non-profit world. Although I never thought I needed an attorney, hiring Mr. Charchian was the best thing I did. Mr. Charchian formed the correct corporation for me, had my tax papers corrected, and gave me guidance on how to run the non-profit. All this at non-profit friendly rates. |

“...my attorneys won an important battle!”
- E.S. (Immigration) |
 |
I came to this country to escape a civil war in my native Guatemala some 18 years ago. I married a United States Citizen and had been regularly paying a "notario" to take care of my immigration issues. I thought everything was ok with my immigration status, but then I was picked up, placed in detention, and was told I would be "shipped back to Guatemala". In jail, I heard of a Lawyer that worked hard to get people like me a second chance. My family called the Law Offices of Arthur S. Charchian, and within 24 hours, I was sitting across from an attorney at the Lancaster jail who was listening to my story. After investigating my case, my lawyer "Don Arturo" found that the notary had messed up my immigration applications and that I had a standing deportation order. Long story short, within two weeks, I was out on bail and within two and a half years my case went all the way up to the Ninth Circuit and my attorneys won an important battle! Now I am working on getting my green card! And, yes Mr. Charchian's office is handling that too. |

“I got a very good settlement”
- J.D. (Civil Litigation) |
 |
I currently work for a government agency which I can’t mention because my settlement agreement is sealed. I had been working for this agency for many years. I applied myself and always put my job and performance first. I volunteered for extra projects and worked a larger workload than others because I wanted to get promoted and make an even better life for my family. However, I kept being passed up for promotion. Then I found out that I was being passed up because of my ethnic background. I was told that if I was not a member of a particular ethnic group that I should not bother trying to get promoted. After trying to resolve my issues with my superiors and getting no where, I sought out a lawyer to fight for my rights. I hired Arthur S. Charchian and for nearly two years we battled a team of lawyers and "agency" supervisors. At the end of the day, I got a very good settlement and my lawyer even made the agency apologize. |
